Welcome, I am a specially appointed associate professor at Osaka university in Japan.
I received the Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng) majoring in Electronics Engineering from the MyongJi University, in South Korea, and the Master of Engineering (M.Eng) majoring in Telecommunication and the Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Computer System Engineering both from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) University, Melbourne, Australia, respectively. My PhD was completed under the supervison of Prof. Richard Harris and supported by the Australian Postgraduate Awards (APA) scheme, and of the Australian Telecommunication Cooperative Research Centre (ATcrc).
Before the current position at Osaka university, I was a Senior Researcher with the New Generation Network Laboratory of the Network Research Headquarter at the National Institute of Information and Communications Technology (NICT), Tokyo, Japan.
